You do not need to be a diver. A first try dive takes a total beginner down into shallow, calm water with an instructor holding on the whole way, and it is the kind of half hour that turns people into divers for life.

For a guided dive at depth, yes, you need to be certified. For a try dive, no. And if you want to get certified, full PADI courses run through the season.

Depending on the site, walls dropping into the blue, caves and swim-throughs, reefs full of life and the odd wreck. The water here is clear, so visibility is usually excellent.
The season runs roughly May to October. Outside that, diving can sometimes be arranged on request. Tell us your dates and we will check.
